Reel Within ("we", "us") makes short videos for coaches and posts them to the coach's own social media accounts. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
To make your videos, publish them to the accounts you connected on the schedule you approve, send you your weekly batches and monthly report, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
We use YouTube API Services to upload videos to YouTube channels whose owners have authorized us, and to read basic channel information to confirm uploads. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google security settings.
We share information only with the services needed to run Reel Within: the social platforms you connect, our posting provider (Composio), our website host (Cloudflare) and our email provider (Google). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
We keep your content and connections while you are a client. When you leave, or whenever you ask, we disconnect your accounts and delete your source files within 30 days. You can also remove our access yourself on each platform at any time.
